All of the skies are free to download. Feel free to use them for your own SP Campaigns, just make sure to somehow credit it (link this site for example)

To use the skies, you need to unzip the downloaded file. Copy all the .dat in the folder and paste them in your pop directory under data. It will ask you if you want to replace the skies. You don’t need anything else than the downloaded .dat files.
