How to install those mods:
Download the zip file and unzip it. Copy the file you just unzipped (Hspr0-0.dat, if its not called like that rename it to hspr0-0.dat) and paste this in your C:/Program Files/Bullfrog/Populous/data/.
Make sure to have a backup of your original file, if you don’t like the mod! 🙂
